Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District (Wasatch) is a Utah Special Service District, formed by the Davis County Commission in 1984, and is a public subdivision of the State of Utah. Wasatch serves the residents of Davis and Morgan Counties, except for Bountiful City, who is not a member of the special service district and operates a solid waste system for their residents.
